This is a full-time job, working Monday - Friday

**Start date**: 9th of January

**The ideal Teaching Assistant should**:

- Experience of working with young people
- Have experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Have excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Reinforce lessons presented by the classroom teacher by reviewing material with students individually or in groups
- Work with the Teacher in lesson planning,
- Evaluating and adjusting plans as appropriate to meet the needs of the pupil
- Promote and safeguard the welfare
- Help teachers prepare for lessons by getting materials ready, setting up equipment and arranging the classroom environment

**As a Teaching Assistant for M2 Education, you will receive**:

We also recruit for SEN Teaching Assistants across Primary and Secondary.
