**The Recruitment group have a fantastic HYBRID opportunity for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive - Temporary to Permanent to start ASAP**
**Salary**: £24,960 (£11-£12 PH)
**Location**: Birmingham - HYBRID role 2-3 days in the office (B1)
**Hours of Work**: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
This is not a Digital Design role and needs someone who understands the B2B world and data analysis.
- Excellent copy writing across various formats and tones
- Experience of LinkedIn and other social media channels for B2B marketing

**Beneficial Skills**:

- Experience of marketing automation platforms - Hubspot preferred
- Marketing a business service to the B2B sector
- Knowledge of PPC and SEO strategies
- Website management and improvement
- Experience of inbound marketing, managing leads & running campaigns to increase engagement

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Help to maintain the Marketing Plan to deliver against lead targets
- Update the company website by working with our hosting agency and updating content.
- Write and develop engaging content for the company’s content calendar including blogs, newsletters, case studies & social media posts.
- Deliver social media adverts, analytics, and reporting.
- Use SEO techniques to drive traffic to our websites.
- Work with the Sales and Client Delivery teams to build strong relationships with key and target accounts to enable production of case studies and testimonials.
- Support the Appointment making team and the sales team by providing leads and prospects from marketing activities.
- Support the Sales team with sales and marketing materials.
