Here at ABP Langport, we have an exciting new opportunity to join our Finance Team, as a Purchase Ledger.

**Role Definition**:

- To take full responsibility for the Purchase Ledger, ensuring all invoices payments are processed in a timely manner, whilst maintaining the ledgers.

Hours of work
Full Time - 8:30am - 5pm
Monday to Friday, No weekends / No bank holidays
Average 37.5 Hours Per week

**Key responsibilities**:

- Ownership of Purchase Ledger, full responsibility from coding invoices through to liaising with Head Office for payments
- Vendor Accounts administration
- Supplier Statement Reconciliations in line with group accounting policies
- Fixed Asset administration
- Opening of post and distribution
- Other Ad Hoc
- Comply with legal and company policy to ensure adherence on all matters relating toHealth and Safety in accordance with the attached H&S responsibilities

**Knowledge and Skills**:
**Must**:
Be competent in Microsoft, including Excel, Word.
High level of accuracy and an 'eye for detail'

**Desirable**:
Involvement with Fixed Assets
Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in Purchase Ledger
