Your key responsibility is to effectively manage the end to end recruitment process for our Temporary Staffing Bank for varying staff groups that will enable us to deliver high quality patient care.

The role of the Temporary Staffing Recruitment & Engagement Officer is to provide professional support into the team in order to provide a professional, efficient and integrated service to support the delivery of best possible care for patients. The main duties of the role include:

- All recruitment and selection processes supporting Temporary Staffing requirements including assessment centres/open days, for all levels of staff across varying staff groups
- Accurate and timely inputting of all new starters to the Trust, and inputting changes to conditions of employment for existing members of staff on the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system.
- The issue and authorisation of recruitment related documentation which forms part of the bank processes
- Supervise and allocate workloads for the Employee Service Centre Assistant, and hold daily meetings with the Assistant to plan their workload.
- Enhance and grow our social media presence engaging with our stakeholders and improve the reach of our job adverts to give greater capacity to push jobs out
- Embrace and develop digital means and methods for recruitment marketing
- Support use of any E-software used by the Workforce Deployment Team and develop the ‘Working for Us’ pages
