**Housing Assistant**:
Blenheim Estate Homes have an ambitious goal to build 300 truly affordable rent homes by 2027. As our numbers continue to grow we are looking to expand our team, as the Housing Assistant you will support our Housing Officer and wider team in the delivery of this service, supporting the Housing Officer in providing an effective housing management service to all affordable rent tenants and shared owners. This will include allocations, lettings and sign ups, tenancy support and management, assisting with shared ownership enquiries and sales, and on occasions supporting the wider lettings team.

**What we are looking for**:

- Have a “can do” positive attitude, be proactive and well organised.
- Be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and having a genuine desire to help and support our tenants.
- Be confident using technology to use systems and update records etc.
- Be able to manage your workload and adjust to a busy and changing environment.
- Enjoy being part of a team but appreciate there are times when you will be working alone.
- Hold a full driving licence.
