We are an ambitious, growing B2B company, that needs a marketing function As in we currently do almost nothing, and need someone similarly ambitious to pick this up and reach for the stars.
Deckpro Pumps supply pumps for building services **in Greater London and the South East of England**. Our mission is to excel in customer service, by combining technical know-how and risk management.

We need you to set up and run Deckpro’s marketing function. To execute the entire marketing process from market research, customer feedback and surveys through to online marketing, events, and telemarketing. Working as part of a small sales team, you will take full ownership of marketing activities, and have the scope to get stuff done. Make Deckpro a known operator within the facilities management industry, both to potential clients but also potential staff
This role would suit someone who has some kind of marketing qualifications - ideally a degree - and has a couple of years of experience in a marketing function, but wants more autonomy and a bigger challenge. We're happy to take someone who is looking to step up from what they have done in the past.
**Performance Objectives**
- To get a deep understanding of Deckpro’s market, understand our client’s psyche, what drives them, what frustrates them and what they need
- To make Deckpro a known brand within the facilities management market
- To give Deckpro a professional presence online that reflects our personality
- To create inbound leads for the sales team to follow up
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Survey current and potential customers, both on the phone and face-to-face
- Set up and maintain the company website
- Telemarketing and lead generation
- Outbound marketing via e-shots, social media, etc
- Employer branding
- Liaise with external marketing agencies
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Marketing qualification, ideally a degree but not mandatory
- At least 1-2 years B2B marketing experience
- Wix, Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ideally understanding of analytics platforms, like Google Analytics
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
