Collections Executive
Pertemps are delighted to be supporting our long-standing client based in Tamworth who due to growth is recruiting for a Collections Executive.Do you have administration experience and good numeracy skills. If so, we would love to hear from you
**Main duties:
**Calling customers that are in arrears
Taking payments over the telephone
Handling inbound calls resolving customer queries regarding existing agreements
General administration duties as required
**Skills required**:
An excellent telephone manner
Must be a good team player
Ability to work well under pressure
Working as part of a small friendly team for a well established fast growing business.
In return you will receive a salary of £21500 per annum
