Reed is currently working alongside a Property Management company based in the heart of Lewisham, London to recruit a proactive and personable Sales Executive to join their property portfolio team.
As the Sales Executive you will grow the company's landlord portfolio by making outbound calls to landlords promoting the company's services and build a property portfolio.
Key duties -- Grow the advanced rent service property portfolio via outbound calling.
- Property inspections.
- Property viewings.
- Property marketing and advertising.
- Property lettings management.
- Achieving sales KPI's.
Experience -- Sales/Telesales
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet/exceed targets set
- Property experience preferable
