A market leading property business based in Manchester are looking to recruit a Credit Controller. The purpose of the position will be to assist the credit control team in the collection of outstanding monies and maintain the cash-flow of the business. Thisis a great opportunity to develop your skills within a centre of excellence. The business is going through a period of growth and over the years has built up a very reputable reputation within the property sector, they have excellent working conditions andabove market salaries and benefits.
Reporting into the Credit Control Manager the duties will include:
Developing and maintaining relationships with large international clients
**Duties**
- Managing a portfolio of over 250 properties
- Handling all client enquiries and escalating them internally when applicable
- Allocating cash and reconciling accounts
- Working with the property managers to resolve any credit issues
- Monitor Receivables activities
- Forward copy invoices and statements as requested to clients
- Building strong relationships with all customer to ensure excellent customer service and continued business.
- Identifying problematic accounts
**Experience Required**
- Previous experience as a Credit Controller ideally working within the property sector
- Excellent communicational skills
- Good time management skills
- Good Excel skills V Lookups & Pivot Tables
