My City Centre Legal client is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk with experience gained within the Legal Sector to Join their friendly and inclusive team on a permanent basis. You will have the flexibility to work 3 days from home, and will be supportedwith continual career development opportunities, including study support if this is of interest to you.

**What you will be doing**:

- Managing the purchase ledger process to ensure that invoices are posted and recorded in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitoring the finance inbox to determine which requests to prioritise.
- Preparation of purchase ledger payment runs
- Management and resolution of any supplier queries.
- Preparation of reconciliations, reports and financial information as requested by the senior Finance Team
- Support the wider Finance Team with additional project work or requirements
- Providing finance support to business partners and assisting the Finance Team with other financial and commercial tasks

**Personal attributes and experience you will need**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous end to end Accounts Payable experience
- Legal sector understanding and exposure
- A motivated and positive approach to your role and duties
- A team player mentality, the ability to work alongside and support the wider finance team
- The desire to develop a career in the legal accounting sector
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- SRA Accounting rules knowledge is highly advantageous
