**IT QA Tester - 2 Year FTC £40k - Hybrid - High Wycombe**

**Job details:**
- The Quality Assurance Manager will sit in the Programme delivery team and will lead the actions and processes to maintain standards and produce quality deliverables without errors or defects, which ensure customer satisfaction, as well as leading on LessonLearning exercises for continuous improvement.
- You will train the team in quality standards and develop appropriate KPIs and processes.
- You will lead on technical quality assurance for any new software solutions through the design, development and delivery of test scripts and associated materials, with rigorous monitoring of test runs, tracking outcomes and collating metrics.
- You will develop the testing strategy, build test plans, cases etc. and assist the execution of tests. The test phases are expected to include Integrated Systems Testing (IST), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Penetration Testing.
