IWJS is recruiting for a Operational Planner to work on our IWJS contracts in Heathrow and Colchester.

As the Operational Planner you will be part of our Operational Team who are responsible for (co-ordination of planned and completion of works carried out by the field. This role also includes various administration duties.

IWJS support various contracts throughout the country for various clients.

As the Operational Planner you will be responsible for jeopardy management of all planned work. You will ensure operatives are scheduled to the optimum route. You will ensure operatives have full day’s work on a daily basis, be proactive and reach out to contracts managers if more work is required. You will answer the telephone and deal with general queries.

You will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with the operations team to ensure that all teams are updated with the necessary information to ensure the smooth running of the day to day operations. You will need to liaise with contract managers, supervisors and operations manager to ensure upcoming work is managed and planned in. You will need to conduct various different administrative duties throughout the day.
