typing letters, answering telephone and dealing with all actions raised from dictations

support the band 3 & 4 typists when necessary

working in a friendly, respectful department. Adhere to all Trust policies. mindful of all patients when speaking on the telephone. support provided at all times

Typing all consultant/nurse letters in a timely manner. checking the system to make sure all actions have been followed up

All telephone queries answered.

liaise with the wider clinical teams to make sure all documentation is correct to send out to patients
