We provide full, extensive training so if you don’t have any telephone experience already, don’t be put you offwe’re one big family here. If you’re the right fit, we’ll put the time in to make sure you succeed.

**About Bistro Live**

We are looking for someone with the passion to ‘make a difference’ to ensure Bistro Live remains the No.1 party venue for celebrations. You need to be confident, chatty, and eager to hit the ground running.

Delivering outstanding customer experiences is 'our thing' and it MUST be something that is second nature to you too.

**Essentials**:

- High energy and always willing to bring a bit of fun
- Confident and goal-oriented
- Computer literate
- A team player with a ‘CAN DO’ attitude
- A desire to develop a career in sales or customer service
- Great time management skills

**Desirable**:

- Background knowledge of Bistro Live
- A background in sales / customer service

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Being responsible for the sales for one of our venues.
- Selling the whole Bistro Live experience to each and every customer.
- To provide 'brilliant' customer service like no-where else.

**Salary**: £16,000.00-£19,000.00 per year

- Leicester, LE1 1FA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Telesales: 1 year (preferred)
