We are seeking to employ a number of ground workers specialising in plot work, on a full-time basis, with options of being a self-employed subcontractor or on the Company’s pay role.

Experience of working on new build housing developments preferred, though with the right experience, not a necessity.

**Works to include**:

- Digging foundations
- Digging and laying services
- Block and beaming
- Plot drainage

**Tickets to include**:

- Digger (must have)
- Dumper
- Roller

At the moment we are looking to hire at our site based at Immingham.

Starting rate of pay will vary from a minimum of £13.50 per hour, plus a weekly bonus, the hourly rate is dependent on the above experience and valid tickets.
