We are looking for a Scaffolding Coordinator to join our defence sector, which includes a contract at a facility near Reading, where you will help form part of our complex delivery support team.

The role requires Security Clearance at SC level possibly extending to DV level, therefore the ability to obtain clearance is essential. 5 years continuous residency in the UK and UK Citizenship is required.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and oversee the scaffold schedule to ensure it aligns with the programme and sequence of works
- Inspect and certify quality and quantity of Scaffolding materials to ensure compliance with current legislation
- Complete regular audits across the supply chain in relation to both personnel and product placement
- Ensure all personnel are suitably qualified, experienced and certified for their designated roles including additonal training and assessments where required
- Supervise and support installation and dismantling of scaffold structures completed in line with approved and accepted documentation and assisting in Safe System of Work construction to comply with industry standards and current legislation
- Daily contact with Scaffold Contractors site management and Contract Support team
- Daily Contact with Construction Superintendent in relation to programme and work scope opportunities
- Support and supervise the inspection and recording system to ensure compliance

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- CSCS Card
- 8 years+ working within the scaffolding industry
- Advanced Scaffolding Card
- IT Skills(word,excel,powerpoint)
