This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Kitchen Showroom Management to join an ever growing business. This is a permanent role with vast opportunities available through the company.

Have you had experience in retail management in the KBB or Furniture industry? This could be the job for you

**Your duties will include**:

- Driving showroom sales by working with the Manager and the rest of the sales team
- Helping to manage the kitchen sales designers to the best of your ability
- Being self motivated at all times to ensure a fantastic working atmosphere
- Being a leader with a coachable ability
- Advising motivating and inspiring kitchen sales designers
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences whilst leading the team to success
- Increasing kitchen sales growth by identifying opportunities across the showroom
- Having a hands-on approach is key to building rapport with the kitchen sales designers
- Recruiting developing and coaching designers and other staff
