Main Duties & Responsibilities To provide a front of house reception service to the office, providing directions and information to all visitors, staff and service users of the clinic as requested. Reception duties
- to include receiving and booking in of service user for clinics, booking follow-up appointments for clinics and send out appointment Answering the telephone and following up any queries generated by telephone calls. All persons to be received in a friendly and courteous To advise staff within the unit of any visitors Creating new case notes, upkeep and filing of case notes/medical reports to the standard required by the Trust Records Management Cancel clinics when requested to do so by the Line Manager/ Clinicians. To ensure service users are given a new appointment.
