**About the Opportunity**

We are currently recruiting for a Procurement Administrator to join the integrated joint venture team on the DDP Lot 3 Framework at Sellafield - i3 Decommissioning Partners
The main goal of this framework is to assist in the decommissioning of the Magnox Swarf Storage Silo, one of four legacy waste plants prioritised for clean-up by Sellafield Ltd’s owner, the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA).

**Some of your duties will be**:

- Support and deputise for the Office Manager and Administration team on the BEP Project liaising with Snr Managers and sub-contractors with desk planning and day to day running of the office.
- Arrange meetings, attend meetings and take minutes, event planning, conference room bookings.
- Technical support -prepare documents, reports etc. as requested.
- Provide administration support for blue collar resourcing - tracking resource requirements, liaising with partners, processing paperwork.
- Assist in the pass/security renewal process for the project
- Organisation of work based and social team building events.
- Building Controller and Fire Warden Duties
- Other general administration duties as and when required.

**Here’s What You’ll Need**:

- Experience of working in a similar position.
- Highly motivated, proactive and practical with excellent communication and IT skills.
- Organised with excellent timekeeping skills.
- Experience of General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
