**Reactive Maintenance Scheduler - Guildford area**
- Work from Home Role, but with occasional need to attend meetings in other locations within London and the Home Counties.
- £26,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience
- 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
- 6 month rolling contract

**Experience within the construction industry, particularly in managing a diary of trade operatives, reactive maintenance and good IT skills are essential for this role.**

Roles and responsibilities
- Receiving all new job or quote requests, raising them on our computer system and organising appointments with our clients based on job type and location
- Sourcing Sub-Contractors local to the job to carry out works
- Ordering materials in advance of works taking place when necessary
- Ensuring that all operatives time is fully utilised and travelling kept to a minimum
- Completing daily any follow up actions needed on the system, for example chasing materials or booking further appointments
- Raising purchase orders to suppliers
- Continuous monitoring of the productivity of operatives, making amendments to the diary when necessary and managing workload
- Obtain updates from the operatives including progress of works and further actions needed
- Prepare and submit update reports and quotes for client review
- Prepare and issue risk assessments and method statements for each task involved within the project
- Dealing with day to day issues that may arise such as arranging emergency works, re-arranging appointments if needed, no access issues, operative queries
