**Fence Erector/Landscaper - CIS Contractor**

Mon-Fri 8am-4.30pm

37.5hrs a week.

Local to Tameside

**£100 per day £80 after tax**

We are have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team, we seek a dynamic, enthusiastic and hands on fence erector/landscaper/ground worker to work on multiple sites across Tameside including housing association sites. You will work in a small team, be responsible for managing safety and the quality of works. Positive attitude, presentable and a good work ethic.

Knowledge of the Tameside area beneficial.

Works vary between repairs & maintenance, groundworks & fencing installations.

Experience within the construction industry is essential.

Clean Driving License desirable

**Key responsibilities**
- Ensuring good day-to-day working practices are adopted
- Complete works alongside your team members
- Pre-start meetings
- Toolbox Talks
- Managing a safe working area
- Plan day to day resource requirements
- Communication with site managers with progress updates remotely
- Work alongside other contractors

**Requirements**:

- CSCS Green Card (Required but can be obtained)
- SSSTS Qualification (preferred)
- Full UK Driving License (Desired)
- First Aid (preferred)
- Self-motivated and have good communication skills
- Health & Safety Awareness
