Are you an experienced Category Insights Manager looking for a new challenge? A leading and rapidly growing Marketing Agency are looking for Category Insights Manager to join them in a newly created role. You will have experience working for a retailer,agency or supplier or experienced with Project or Account Management. This pivotal role will work with both internal colleagues and external customers.

**Salary**: £30,000 - £37,000

Do you have strong communication skills and an ability to interpret data? Do you have Industry experience within insights or category management?

My client is looking for a category Insights Manager to join their team. The position will involve translating data into meaningful insight, to inform category strategy and marketing campaigns, to maximise business growth and development.

The role:

- Specialises in a trading area, interpreting aggregated data to create compelling category/supplier strategic insight/recommendations, case studies, thought leadership pieces and one of cross category event reports, Merchant's Den/New, Strategic Brand Partnerships
- Supports AMs to add context to supplier performance and adding value to supplier/category with insight and reviews
- Attends internal/external meetings to discuss media reviews and performance of large category campaigns
- Delivers outstanding client service, building relationships at all levels with categories and suppliers
- Builds and owns relationships with POD lead and be a trusted advisor on insight and provide recommendations to assist plans

What we are looking for:

- Relevant Industry experience, ideally with insights or category management (retailer, agency or supplier) or with project/account management/planning
- An ability to interpret and analyse data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Media Data is highly desirable
- Computer Literate, including experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- An ability to multi-task and perform under pressure

Location: Leeds
