Caretaker

**Essential Hygiene are currently looking to recruit an experienced School Caretaker to work for a school in the Wythenshawe area. This role is to start as soon as possible and is a permanent position.**

The position is full time, 35 hours per week Monday to Friday working a split shift.

- Carrying out basic DIY repairs and maintenance
- Key Holding - opening and closing the school each day
- Managing access to the premises and maintaining security
- Cleaning and supervising cleaning
- Enforcing health and safety around the school
- Supervising external contractors
- Managing site staff
