We are looking for an experienced Tech Support who wil be responsible for all 1st and 2nd Line support acrooss the group of companies.

Location Flexible - likely to be hybrid mix of homeworking and time in Halifax / Padiham office

The PHP Web Developer is a technical role focused on the continuous development of the companies’ websites and custom software including pricing API’s custom functions and advances in eCommerce integration. The aim is to modernise and maintain developmentbest practise using version control and agile methodology. Using a mobile-first methodology and focusing on site speed and deliverability the aim is to create a commercial eCommerce website that can scale.

**Role and Responsibilities**

Key responsibilities include.
- building and maintaining sophisticated and highly scalable websites to support a growing user base.
- producing high-quality work and practices such as continuous integration, integration testing, and code reviews.
- developing and maintaining API’s and custom functions.
- Developing WordPress plugins and custom themes
- Owing the versions control and deployment across 6 websites

**Essential Skills**
- Proficient in HTML/CSS
- JavaScript/ JQuery is a must - Knowledge/experience with Node or React is advantageous.
- Excellent PHP knowledge
- Good SQL skills
- Excellent knowledge and experience in web security
- Experience with API’s and 3rd party integrations
- Commercial experience with eCommerce websites.
- GIT
