**Workshop Supervisor**

**£50k (+ £10k OTE + Work Van)**

**Ashford**

**47.5 hours per week**

An exciting new position has become available for a Workshop Supervisor to join a successful company who pride themselves on providing prompt and professional solutions to their clients.

**This role includes the following responsibilities**:

- Maintaining numerous farm contracting equipment, machinery, and fleet vehicles. This includes vans, self-propelled machines, LGV units, trailers/tankers, and agricultural equipment
- Carry out fabrication, welding, and machinery work where needed
- Check quantities, managed inward goods, receipting invoices, and dispatching goods
- Communicate with clients, and respond to their requests for updates on the status of their jobs
- Carry out services, repairs, and MOT’s
- Development and implementation of electronic systems to store information
- Any other duties required
- Previous worked in an Agricultural Mechanic or LGV Fitter role
- Qualifications in LGV Mechanics (BTEC or City & Guilds)
- A full UK driving licence, ideally with C+E entitlement
- Computer literate with MS Office
- Able to work independently and as a team
- The ability to work under pressure and make accurate decisions
