**About us**:
Vibrant Foods Ltd are a food manufacturer producing a range of pulses, spices, flours, and other Indian food ingredients. Vibrant Foods is a group of established south-east Asian brands; TRS, East End Foods, Fudco and Cofresh who have a strong presence and history in the UK ethnic market as well as a presence in major UK food retailers.

Vibrant Brands runs a complex multiple finished goods fulfilment centres that are different temperature chambers that service customers across UK independent stores, UK Wholesalers, UK Major Grocers, International customers in the EU.

**Job Overview**:
As a customer service representative you will be responsible for managing our customers journey from accurately entering orders onto our internal systems right through to delivery. You will have the ability to resolve and investigate customer queries in a timely manner ensuring that we meet our customer service goals.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Manage the entire customer journey, from order processing through to Delivery, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Generate Daily shortage/Service level reports.
- Collaborate closely with other departments and colleagues to optimize overall efficiency.
- Effective communication to Customers, keeping them informed of their order status and advising them of any stock shortages or issues
- Any additional tasks as required by the manager

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
