**About the role**

Wiltshire College & University Centre is the main provider of further and higher education in Wiltshire and is across the county on 4 main campuses and with 4 smaller centres, the College offers an extensive range of courses at all levels and has ambitious plans for growth in a region with exciting potential.

We are currently seeking an Assessor in Electrical Installation to join our Construction department, based at the closest main campus to home. The main purpose of this role is to provide an outstanding student experience through work based teaching, learning and assessment, enabling students to maximise their potential. Within this role your main responsibilities will include maintaining effective partnerships with employers and their learners and curriculum teams, carrying out regular monitoring of learner environments and ensuring compliance with the college and other authorities with respect to policy and procedure associate with teaching, learning and assessment. You will also be expected to motivate learners to produce evidence required and achieve qualifications in a timely fashion by the agreed end date, ensure that learning environments are safe and that learner start, review and completion paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
