**Role Summary**:
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Head of Outbound Demand Generation & Market Insights will be responsible for building and enhancing the outbound demand generation function across all territories. In collaboration with the global sales teams, you will focus on developing global lead generation activities by leveraging our customised Account-Based Marketing (ABM) process to continuously boost sales through effective hyper-targeted outbound demand generation.

The Head of Outbound Demand Generation & Market Insights responsibilities include:

- Conduct research to generate a clear understanding of target verticals where customer needs and macro-environmental factors present opportunities for the business.
- Develop a deep understanding of these verticals, customer personas, equipment bundles, and value propositions that enhance opportunities to sell.
- Within each identified vertical, build and continuously update a numerical understanding of the size of the addressable market, both in terms of companies and serviceable opportunities.
- Manage, prospect, and help implement new data software resources required to ensure continued success throughout the ABM process and the ability to generate demand. This also involves suggesting improvements to other areas within the technology stack.
- Guide and assist in the successful development of a world-class lead generation function composed of business development executives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation, ensuring that the team is well-equipped to deliver outstanding results in outbound demand generation and contribute significantly to the company's growth objectives.
- Build and manage a budget encompassing all elements of market insights, including costs such as data sources/platforms, internal and external research resources, and any other elements related to the provision of research that leads to increased outbound demand generation.
- Collaborate with the Head of Data to manage the measurement and analysis of all elements of the outbound funnel, communicating and utilizing this data to continuously improve targeting and the efficiency of our outbound demand generation function.
- Work closely with the sales and management teams to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback, and present results to drive global lead generation activities.

**Essential Experience and Qualifications**:

- Significant experience in a senior Outbound Demand Generation role, or similar, within a fast-paced, global, and dynamic business.
- Demonstrable ability to build exhaustive data sets across multiple verticals and geographies.
- Experience in carrying out both quantitative and qualitative research projects.
- Ability to build relationships effectively through demonstrating first-class market knowledge and a sincere, honest, and open communication style.

Exposure to team leadership responsibilities.
- Working knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
