- **Equans is looking for a Section House Warden to join our team in London on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 42 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.**

We are looking for a Section House Warden who will be providing the provision of section house warden services including access control and building/occupant safety. As a Section House Warden you will be responsible for maintaining high level of customer service and establishing strong working relationships on site, acting as a representative of Equans and presenting a professional image at all times.

**What will you deliver?**:

- Carry out access control to the building which involves checking passes and arranging escorts for all visitors
- Making sure all staff sign in and out to keep an updated list if required for audit or fire evacuation
- Carry out site safety audits
- Checking all rooms when they become vacant for any faults or damage
- To raise any building faults so these can be rectified in a timely manner
- Making sure residents comply with client rules and report any issues found
- Liaise effectively with the customer at all times to ensure customer satisfaction
- Undertake training as required
- Undertake such other duties as may reasonably be required

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Experience in a customer-facing facilities role
- Valid SC clearance NPPV3

This role includes a Government level & security checks to be passed and cleared prior to starting therefore ability to pass is essential.
