Gardener / Horticulturalist

At Hardwood Landscapes, our maintenance offering is young and exciting, recently established to support our fantastic hard landscaping build teams.

We are looking to take on experienced horticulturists and potential team leaders to join our maintenance team. We have some fantastic gardens and we are proud to maintain and continue to elevate these to exceeding standards.

The positions on offer would be to work as a second to the head of horticulture and maintenance, supporting them by taking ownership of and accountability to your own gardens. This role would require a hands on and practical approach, as well as overseeing your team and ensuring the standard is replicated in a good manner.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in gardening, groundskeeping, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power equipment for garden maintenance.
- Knowledge of plant care, irrigation techniques, and landscaping practices.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
