**The Role**:Trainee Recruiter/ Resource Executive
- We have an existing volume of work in place, so you will be able to start working on live projects immediately
- You will be using a range of systems and technologies, ranging from CRM’s, Cv Databases, Advertising Platforms and Social Media.
- This is sales focused role with an emphasis on quality and the delivery of an excellent service.

**Your Profile**:

- You will have at least 1-2 years in a sales, customer service, business support role.
- You will have a ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to listen closely to the needs and requirements of a varied customer base
- You will have a commitment to quality and delivering a quality service to everyone you deal with.
- You will have resilience, the ability to bounce back from the word no and focus on the next prospect.
