Our very popular and busy Mill Cafe offers a place to eat and drink for both customers visiting the Mill Experience and local customers. We currently have this key role:
Café Manager
PT 22-25 £24,496 - £26,845 pro rata
Fixed term contract March - September
Approx 25 hours per week Tuesday - Sunday
This hands on role takes responsibility for all aspects of the business from food prep, menu planning, ordering, stock control, rotas, H&H, but with the primary function of increasing both customers and cafe sales.
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role, but should be able to demonstrate the skills outlined in the Job Description.
If successful, we will be looking to extend the opening during the summer and into the winter, which may lead to an extension of the contract and additional hours, should this be achieved.
