Robertson Bell are supporting a leading care service provider as they recruit a Finance Business Partner for their team on a permanent basis. Based in North-West London, this role will bolster a high performing finance function that reports to the FinancialController.

**Key duties and responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner role include**:

- Producing robust budgets, forecasts, and cash-flows for non-financial budget holders to influence decision making.
- Delivering monthly management accounts with supporting variance analysis for designated business areas.
- Assessing and developing financial models to support strategic decision making.
- Providing financial support to project teams whilst ensuring value for money and the delivery of key objectives.
- Supporting the year end audit and preparation of the statutory accounts.

- A Part-Qualified accounting professional.
- Recent experience within a care or support service provider within the commercial, not for profit or public sector.
- Strong financial or management accounting skills with proven experience in budgets, forecasting and strong stakeholder management.
- Advanced Excel skills.
