**Description**:We are looking for a **Warehouse Operative/Administrative Assistant** on our Easiaccess side, to assist in a fast-paced environment, where attention to detail and accuracy is essential. You will be an experienced administrator, with the ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks. You will be a team player, professional, accurate and enthusiastic.

Main duties will include:

- Using Sage for daily stock checks and management of orders
- Liaise with different teams regarding ordering and receipt of products
- Process purchase orders
- Book dispatches with various couriers
- Picking, checking and palletising stock for our sales customers and installation teams
- Involvement in ongoing stock control/accuracy
- Ensure racking/shelves are tidy and stock topped up
- Assist with reconditioning of recycled products

The role is full time (40 hours) working 07.30 - 16.30 Monday to Friday.

**Person Specification**:
**Essential**
- Hold a current clean UK drivers’ licence
- Have good attention to detail
- Be punctual, whilst able to work to deadlines
- Have good communication skills
- Excel trained - proficiency in creating and maintaining spreadsheets and reports
- Team player, friendly and personable

**Desirable**
- Hold a current forklift license
- Have warehouse and administration experience
- An understanding of Sage 50
