Opportunity exists for a talented Agricultural Adjuster to join a leading adjusting practice in the South East.
As an Agricultural Adjuster you will be expected to deal with a portfolio of losses from the farming and food industry with the depth of experience to deal with a range of claims coming from a rural infrastructure.
Whether you are an experienced or trainee Agricultural Adjuster, our client will provide you with the tools and training required to investigate and agree losses on behalf of specialist rural insurance companies. You will meet their customers and assesstheir property and financial losses. These claims could range from damage to domestic homes to specialist agriculture and potentially anything in between.
You will work as part of a specialist team of Loss Adjusters and Claim Professionals and be supported by a dedicated, local team of experienced staff, all focused on delivering an unrivalled customer experience.
You will be responsible for effectively managing a caseload and meeting all client expectations as well as maintaining and developing support from specialist rural Insurance Brokers and Agents.
Having full autonomy to use your initiative, empathy and understanding to customers - literally putting yourself in their shoes, but also using your business acumen to provide the right outcome.

Our client is willing to consider either an experienced Agricultural Adjuster or an individual dealing with agricultural claims from a claims management or broking background. Client may also consider a trainee who has a HND or Degree in an agriculture,rural or equine discipline would be ideal. Progression towards professional insurance qualifications would be advantageous, but not essential. You must have excellent communications skills and be able to work as part of a team.
