Yard Operative

**About The Role**:
**Full time, Permanent and weekly paid**

- **Pay**:£11.15 per hour plus overtime rate
- **Shifts**:Day Shift, 4 on 4 off, 7.00am to 7.30pm

**What you’ll be doing**

We are looking for AM-bitious individuals who have a passion to support and assist the delivery and maintenance of daily orders from our clients. All personal protective equipment and training will be provided. At AM Fresh you will help us run the show, but you will be responsible for:

- Driving a Counterbalance around the Yard and Warehouse
- Assisting with the delivery, transportation and storage of trays across the site
- Receiving deliveries via container, van, refrigerated or curtain sided vehicles, ensuring non contamination
- Assisting with other Yard duties ie delivery of pallets on flat bed trailers and the loading of collections (fruit/packaging)
- Maintaining truck checks every day in accordance with related SOP’s
- Ensuring that all product safety and quality related issues are dealt with and reported to the line manager

**About You**:
**Requirements**:

- Previous experience of MHE; Counterbalance, Reach Truck, PPT, LLOP
- Keen eye for detail
- Previous experience of working in a Warehouse environment
- Good all-round communication skills and understanding of English language
