Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am to 2:30pm

Due to growth, our manufacturing client in south Liverpool are currently seeking a Trainee Hardware Engineer to join the team. The business operates within the electronics industry and provide clients with test solutions. On offer is a basic starting salaryof £20,300. Hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am to 2:30pm.
This is the ideal opportunity for a colleague/university graduate with a qualification in electronics to take their first step in their career.
The main duties of a Trainee Hardware Engineer are:

- Assist the circuit testing department
- Help in preparing ICT systems for sale
- Disassembling test systems down to the chassis
- Cleaning, repairing, and replacing
- Reassembling
- Diagnosing issues
- Repairing power supplies
- Soldering
- Installing and serving the systems
- Some work experience the electronics would be beneficial
- You must possess good communication skills
- You must have the ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
- You must have a good understanding of Electronics
- You must be self-motivated
