Grounds Supervisor

**Partington’s Holiday Parks is family owned and operates 6 holiday parks across Lancashire, Lake District and The Yorkshire Dales. Tarn House Holiday Park is set in the Yorkshire countryside, only a stone's throw from the historic town of Skipton. Tarn House offers stunning views and fabulous facilities, with a brand-new bar and shop.**

**Role**:Grounds Supervisor

**Location**:Tarn House Holiday Park (Skipton, North Yorkshire)

**Hours of Work**:Full time, 40 hours per week

**Days Off**: Friday & Saturday

**Salary**:£14.16 per hour

You will support the Foreman in providing an outstanding service and creating a well maintained and safe environment for our customers, by ensuring Park grounds, facilities, buildings and equipment are well maintained on a day to day basis and in accordance with park procedures and guidelines.

**What we need from you**:

- Supervise and ensure safe operations, maintenance and cleaning of equipment, machinery and vehicles
- Supervise and assist with the movement of caravans, siting, levelling and plumbing into main services, testing and final inspection of same before the caravan is handed over to the purchaser.
- Supervise and assist in the clearing of debris left after the removal of a caravan in readiness for the siting of the next caravan unit.
- Supervise the maintenance of drains ensuring that drains are kept free, supervising the clearing of drains when blocked.
- Supervise the delivery of gas cylinders to caravans on the Park and the removal of empty cylinders.
- Supervise daily security checks on caravans.
- Supervise and assist with the maintenance, development and landscaping of all grounds, including; grass, hedges, recreational areas, woodland, gardens and caravan pitches.

**Skills, experience and qualities you will need**:

- Experience of grounds/maintenance in a similar role
- Full, preferably clean, driving license
- The ability to demonstrate our company values at all times, FUN,FAMILY & FRIENDLY
