We are seeking a motivated person to join our Empty Homes Team to carry out various aspects of Carpentry and Muti Skilled works to our Housing stock across the district while the property is Void to improve our housing stock across the district, such as, Kitchen repairs, Bathroom repairs, internal door replacements, and various other repairs.
You will be joining a busy team, so must be self-motivated and able to operate under your own initiative.
This role does require good computer literacy as part of the role you will be provided with a PDA to receive your work.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 8 months
**Salary**: From £13.00 per hour
