**Role overview**:
As a trained Claims Handler, you will provide a call answering service and comprehensive claims handling from notification through to settlement to all customers and clients. To ensure work undertaken is conducted in a manner that meets the client, business and regulatory requirements.
Provide call answering service and manage claims from notification to settlement for clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Handle client queries, investigate and validate claims, instruct agents, and facilitate payments. Foster relationships with stakeholders. Assess and negotiate claims, maintain awareness of insurance policies and processes, manage claim progress, and adhere to regulations.

**About you**:
Insurance experience
Confident communicator
Good telephone manner
Minimum 3 GCSE’s C or above, including Maths and English
