Hours: 35 hours per week
**Salary**: £24,000 - £28,000

We provide a combination of high-level consultancy services that identify software delivery risks for clients across different sectors and size. We implement the processes, tools and skills to deliver projects that focus on providing the client with certainty of delivery.

**What will your day job look like?**
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage payroll by collecting, calculating and entering data into the payroll system, as well as retrieving and updating data accurately as required.
- Provide HR Administration support to the People and Culture team. Preparing correspondence, maintaining the HR system and assisting with additional tasks to support the wider Operations team.
- Drafting and sending contracts, logging changes and ensuring precise record keeping
- Work collaboratively with the operations and People and Culture team to track & monitor all employee absence, maintain regular communication and prepare reports for management.
- Provide a professional and efficient process to ensure all starters & leavers are processed accurately. Manage the administration of the leaver process, conducting exit interviews and analysing data to provide reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Maintain up to date accurate records for all staff, completing audits when necessary & ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Provide additional support for regular, reoccurring and ad-hoc activity including projects and change initiatives.
- Track and issue probation and anniversary reviews to managers and manage the process to ensure completion within set deadlines.
- Assist with the development, coordination and administration of policies/procedures/practice.
- Promote Mental Health and Wellbeing initiatives including but not limited to leading our Mental Health and Wellbeing Guild.
- Support Learning & Development admin including external training platform, maintaining internal trackers and updating internal platforms with new training programmes, resources, and relevant information.
- Champion company core values and other company programmes.
