The vacancy sits within a busy Child protection and Court Team undertaking both Court and CIN work. The team is made of a range of experienced and ASYE Social Workers who are all permanent. As a Senior Practitioner you will be expected to hold a small butcomplex case load and support qualified and ASYE workers with reflective supervision and mentoring in addition to undertaking some basic administrative tasks such as compiling the Duty rota or supporting the Children Social Work Manager where necessary. Thestaff are committed and dedicated to the children in Herefordshire and you will become part of a close, supportive and passionate team.
