Our client, a signage and graphics company based in Cambridge are looking for a Sign Maker to join their team.

A successful signage company, they pride themselves on taking the stress out of a project by managing the process on behalf of companies from start to finish. They focus on requirements, providing a friendly service and attention to detail at every stage.

Their team are made up of some of the best people in the sector, with a complete mix of skills that complement each other and they have the flexibility to grow and adapt to changing needs.

**The Role**

Your duties will vary from day to day;
- Required to go to site and do installs yourself or as part of a team.
- Opportunity to be involved in design.
- Involvement with organising the work schedule and the wider management of the team will be part of the role.
- Supporting development of the wider team and continued development of knowledge and skills in a changing work environment is considered standard practice.

**Key Skills**
- Minimum 2 years industry experience
- Experience in setting and operating large format printers, HP Latex / Mimaki
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite
- IPAF &; PASMA certificates would be beneficial
- On-site installation experience
- Dedicated to providing a high-quality end product for the customer
- Hard working and willing to learn new techniques
- Ability to work well within in a team as well as under your own initiative
- Knowledge of Clarity or other CRM system would be advantageous
- Good communication skills, able to deal with clients in a professional manner
- Full UK driving license needed for visiting clients

In return our client is looking to offer a basic salary of between £23,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This is a full time, permanent position - hours are 7:30-16:30 Monday to Friday.

Our client also has apprenticeship opportunities available.
