**Trainee or Certificated Enforcement Agent - Coventry / West Midlands (Home/Field Based)**

We're looking for the best enforcement agents, whether you are new to the business or already trained.

**What you'll do**:
Once trained, you'll be out in the field, making visits to the properties of customers in debt. Your goal is to help them reach the best solution to avoid further action taking place. To understand a typical day in the life of an enforcement agent, meet some of our team:

“_My average day involves visiting properties, speaking with customers or if they aren't there, speaking with neighbors. Some visits are simple, we just take payments or make arrangements, help them complete a questionnaire and update the system Job done. Others can be more challenging;_ _we might need to take control of their goods and remove where necessary. I like that the job enables me to earn what I deserve”._
