The Red Lion is a warm and welcoming village pub with rooms nestled in the Northamptonshire countryside, just a few miles from Northampton. Serving a sumptuous seasonal menu alongside craft beers, ales and wines to be enjoyed in either our intimate lounge area, large dining room or manicured gardens.

Shifts 7.30am - 12/3pm. Must be available to work weekends.

Your role as Breakfast Supervisor:

- Taking responsibility for the customer journey, ensuring their experience is second to none
- Taking accurate orders and working closely with kitchen staff
- Providing amazing breakfast service to hotel guests
- Observing service and standards and reporting any incidents or issues
- Being a supportive and proactive leader
- Opening the pub ready for business
- Room bookings and admin

You will need to demonstrate:

- Previous Leadership experience in a hospitality or customer facing environment
- Enthusiasm and passion for food and beer
- The ability to deliver excellent customer service and great team work in a fast paced and pressurised environment
- A result driven and ambitious individual keen to develop your career and your teams
- Great coffee skills
- Love for the early mornings :)
