This role will be primarily focussed on our technical and professional courses, delivering modules to the next generation of Construction Managers and Designers.

Salary Details: MG1-UP1 (£29,162 - £41,915 pro rata)

Opportunity to progress onto a further scale

UP2-UP3 (£43,469 - £45,077 pro rata)

Hours of Work: Full Time - 37 hours per week (equivalent to 835 annual teaching hours)

Contract Type: Salaried - Permanent

Holiday Entitlement: 46 days Annual Leave plus 8 Bank Holidays & College closure days per annum

Qualifications:

- You will have significant industry experience (minimum of 5 years), either at a supervisory level or in a planning or design capacity with skills in the use of BIM or;
- Hold at least a level 5 qualification in a Construction related discipline
- If you do not hold a recognised teaching qualification (such as PGCE), you will be required to undertake and achieve PGCE within a specified timescale.

Pembrokeshire College is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic person, with relevant industrial experience to join the Construction Team to teach on our Level 4 HNC programme and Level 3 Construction Management Diploma.

Subjects include construction technology (BIM), project management, construction materials, surveying and procurement. The qualifications we deliver are UWTSD Level 4 HNC Construction Management and Pearson Level 3 National Extended Diploma in Construction.

- Profiad addysgu sylweddol o fewn y maes pwnc hwn a;
- Meddu ar gymhwyster lefel 5 o leiaf mewn disgyblaeth sy'n ymwneud ag Adeiladu
- Os nad oes gennych gymhwyster addysgu cydnabyddedig (fel TAR), bydd gofyn i chi gyflawni TAR o fewn amserlen benodol.
