As a Barclays Investment Operations Analyst, you will be working as part of the Asset Servicing Function who are accountable for providing world class client service across a diverse client base. You will be managing the transfer of client portfolios inand out of the Firm and ensure timely processing of corporate events and the allocation of income and distribution. Within your new role, you will mentor junior analysts, which could provide management opportunities in the future.

**Hybrid Working**
We are currently operating in a hybrid working environment, meaning that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Please discuss the detail of the working pattern optionsfor the role with the hiring manager.
**What will you be doing?**:

- Processing of operational tasks across the client portfolios
- Being accountable for the delivery of own work against measures in place to track productivity and accuracy
- Validating and verification of work produced by others using quality assurance processes
- Coaching team members
- Identifying breaches and / or risk events and completion of root cause analysis
- Identifying process enhancements to benefit client and team performance

- Proven record within an operational environment with experience in problem solving and knowledge of operational risk & control processes and practices
- Resilient individual who thrives in a fast paced, changing environment
- Ability to demonstrate that you can work effectively within a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and colleagues internally and externally
**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Investment Operations or industry experience
- Experience of reviewing and improving processes to enhance client experience
