**About our Production Line Leader role**:
We are looking to recruit a Line Leader for one of our Production Lines, working a rotational three shift pattern. Monday - Thursday 7am - 3pm (Friday 7am - 2pm) / Monday - Thursday 3pm - 11pm (Friday 2pm - 9pm) / Monday - Thursday 11pm - 7am (Sunday Midnight
- 7am Monday).
**Key responsibilities of our Production Line Leader**:
- Developing and coaching your team and ensuring KPI’s are achieved and surpassed
- Responsible for all routine and non-routine activities associated with your designated production line
- You will maintain and improve upon operational priorities and be able to network and communicate efficiently with other departments
- You will be adaptable, flexible and be prepared to work in a dynamic ever-changing job role
- The Production Line Leader role can be demanding and you must be able to work on your own initiative with minimum supervision
**What we're looking for in our Production Line Leader**:
Are you a proven problem solver?
Do you have previous managing experience working in a fast paced factory/manufacturing environment?
Do you have practical and theoretical skills and experience of working as part of a team?
Do you have experience of using IT systems such as SAP?
If this resonates with you we look forward to hearing from you. Having knowledge of lean manufacturing, autonomous maintenance and continuous improvement is advantageous. An awareness and understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001 and training in COSHHare preferred.
