- Conduct reference checks and background screenings on potential tenants
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants, including creating property listings and managing online platforms
- Provide general administrative support to the lettings team

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour
