With a reputation for great teamwork, this family company is outstripping its competition. Now it is looking for a patient and supportive Customer Service expert to take on a varied and challenging job.
Responsible for liaising with clients, this job would suit someone with fantastic people skills and a Biology (or similar) A Level. Duties will typically include:

- Dealing with incoming calls
- Co-ordinating device returns / repairs / replacements, as necessary
- Organising expert support
- Reporting

Reporting directly to the owners, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the customer support service - however this is a small office and a flexible approach to job roles is essential.
To be successful, you will need:

- An ability to talk to people from all backgrounds - from medical consultants to patients
- A calm and reassuring manner
- An organised and methodical approach
- A willingness to 'roll up your sleeves' and get involved
